My journey began with 25 years of distinguished service in the British Royal Air Force as a Medic, where I honed my leadership skills in high-stakes, challenging environments. My career has been marked by pivotal roles, including Senior Medical Operations Manager for the London 2012 Olympics, where I ensured the smooth execution of medical services for the world’s largest sporting event. Additionally, I have managed group GP practices and operationally managed NHS hospitals in the UK, navigating the complexities of healthcare leadership with precision and empathy.

In 2016, I embraced a new adventure in Australia, driven by a passion for coaching and personal growth. I earned my Master’s level coaching credentials from The Life Coaching College, equipping myself with advanced strategies to facilitate profound transformations. My coaching portfolio is as diverse as my career, spanning from mentoring CEOs and executives to guiding ADHD kids and individuals seeking complete life overhauls.

Leveraging my extensive military experience and executive leadership within the UK NHS, I have carved a niche in Leadership Coaching. I understand firsthand the pressures and challenges of leading in both crisis situations and routine operations.
